Command Alkon, Trimble & McNeilus Partnerships

Command Alkon is pleased to announce the signing of a formal agreement that makes Command Alkon a “Certified Industry Partner” of Trimble Mobile Resource Management (TMRM). This agreement allows for joint sales efforts and strengthens the relationship between companies for CAI Dispatch and Truck Tracking software and TMRM GPS statusing and asset tracking products. Command Alkon is aligned in a strategic partnership agreement between itself, Trimble Mobile Solutions and McNeilus Companies, Inc. Through this partnership Trimble Mobile Solutions will provide fleet tracking products and services to the construction materials industry via their GPS, wireless and truck sensor technologies.  McNeilus Companies will remain the leading ready mix truck supplier that integrates Trimble technologies into their trucks.  Command Alkon will remain the leading OEM supplier of batch control products in McNeilus batch plants.

This agreement protects current Command Alkon signaling customers by resolving the patent issues regarding Auto-Status technology between Trimble, Command Alkon and the McNeilus Companies and provides for continued product growth and technological advancements.  This means that current Command Alkon fleet tracking customers’ investments are protected.  Command Alkon will continue to support its products and looks forward to working with Trimble and McNeilus to bring new technologies to the ready mixed, concrete, aggregate and asphalt producer.
