CANCELLATION POLICY
Training class cancellations are accepted until the last business day preceding the beginning of the class. “No Shows” are billed at the full rate of the class. You may substitute class participants at any time.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please wait for 2 weeks before start date of training before making any final travel arrangements. If we have LESS than 3 people signed up for any class 2 weeks prior to class start, we reserve the right to cancel.
