COMMANDqc provides a comprehensive system for Material Mangement which allows you to maintain raw material characteristics, plant availability, and costs for use in Mix Management, Mix Submittal, and Analysis areas of COMMANDqc.The system includes over 60 predefined material characteristics plus the ability to create unlimited user-configurable material characteristics.

Material test data can be entered manually or imported electronically for cementitious, coarse and fine aggregates, admixtures and additive materials. The Material Test Data Entry subsystem allows for recording of results of grading and other tests. Aggregate grading specifications and test results are expressed as % Passing and/or % Retained.

Reporting and Analysis tools include statistics, time-line plots, and grading distribution curves.

Raw Material test results are fully integrated with Concrete Performance Analysis, allowing correlation between concrete test results and tested material characteristics.
