COMMANDqc is the most highly integrated concrete QC system available. What do we mean by this?

The Mix Design system provides data directly to the COMMANDconcrete Quoting and Planning process for archiving, version control and design validation. Updated mix designs are immediately available for dispatch or can be configured for activation at a later time.

Document preparation is automated for the Mix Submittal process by taking data directly from COMMANDconcrete Order Entry and Scheduling. Cover letter, mix certificates, material certificates, etc. are completely integrated with COMMANDconrete for archiving, version control, printing and emailing.

Production Control uses data taken directly from COMMANDbatch to provide real-time email and SMS warnings and allow for historial and trend analysis, as well as single-load analysis.

Performance Analysis correlates data taken directly from dispatch, ticketing and delivery as well as material and product testing and evaluates 100s of delivery variables, production variables and test results. Analysis results then provide feedback for use in updating Mix Designs.
