What is your job title and what are your responsibilities?
My job title is Batch Application Specialist. I install and support our COMMANDbatch and Spectrum systems.

How are you able to “give the customer what they want in the most economical way”?
I try to give the customer what they want in the most economical way by trying to resolve their issues on the first call. The average time it takes can vary between
both systems. I can usually solve Spectrum issues in 10 -20 minutes. COMMANDbatch can take a little longer.

What are some of your hobbies or interests?
I enjoy playing basketball, outdoor cooking, and following Auburn Football.
