Product Delivery Manager, Mandy Cherry, Focuses on Quality Deliverables

Mandy Cherry, Product Delivery Manager

In her new role as Product Delivery Manager, Mandy Cherry hopes to improve our deployment strategies and the quality of the deliverables that our customers receive. This new position, reporting to Vice President of Product Development, Mark Merino, is responsible for the successful delivery of general releases for all product lines. Mandy will lead all efforts to move releases of these products from the development stage to the deployment stage. This includes verification of compliance to requirements, quality assurance, product packaging, documentation, and handover to service. Mandy regards this as a “customer-facing role, serving as the ‘voice of the customer’ throughout the development and delivery process”. You can expect to hear from Mandy in regards to how our product deliverables and delivery processes can be improved.

In her 10 years at Command Alkon Mandy has held many roles including Product Manager, Service Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Trainer. Mandy and her husband Tripp have a three-year old daughter. In their free time they enjoy hiking, camping, trips to the beach, and taking care of their pets.
