COMMANDseries: CS08 Version 3.8

CS08 v3.8 is now available for customers running the Version 3 product. This version of the software should serve to support your fall/winter upgrade cycle and provides full support for you to take the next step in expanding your systems and increasing your efficiency. CS08 v3.8 includes the following enhancements:

• Tax Exempt IDs Expiration Date – Tax Exempt IDs are enhanced to include an expiration date; Orders and Tickets will now prevent an order being created for a customer/project having an expired Tax Exempt ID.
• Cancelled Tickets – Management of a cancelled ticket is enhanced to issue a new ticket code and keep the cancelled ticket code intact.
• User Defined Document Attributes – In order to provide users with greater flexibility, a new ‘Document Attributes’ form has been created. This form will allow users to define attributes and customize document formatting.
• Line Item Purchase Orders – Purchase Orders can now be associated with specific products, with effective dates, quantities, and restriction rules that control the use of the product on an Order. Projects can now require Purchase Orders at either the Project Level, or the Line Item/Product Level.
• Generic EU Batch Interface – The Batch Interface has been upgraded to include user specified data, via a Document Format. This adds a great deal of flexibility to the pre-defined fields that, heretofore, have been included in the Batch Interface, as users can now, more easily, add data to be sent to the Batch Control Computer.
• Document Formats using HTML Editor – The Order Print, Ticket Print, and Invoice Print documents have been available for output in HTML format. Now, the creation and maintenance of these Documents has been enhanced to allow editing with an HTML editor, allowing speed and ease of use.
