Customer Conference 2010

The countdown has begun! We are now less than a year away from our annual Command Alkon Customer Conference. Command Alkon’s 2010 Conference will be held September 15-17, 2010 at The Hilton Riverside New Orleans. Command Alkon is bringing its conference back to the great city of New Orleans because of its international flavor and appeal to visitors from all over the world. New Orleans is an easy city to travel to both domestically and internationally. It is known for its great food, music, and night life. It is also regarded as the birthplace of jazz.

The 2010 conference format provides customers with on-site customer service labs, peer-to-peer forums and roundtable discussions, updates from industry leaders, leadership and workplace training, and an industry specific trade show where you can network with industry leaders, peers, and Command Alkon and JWS employees. Breakout sessions will feature both Command Alkon and JWS product training opportunities focused on helping customers identify and optimize revenue streams, lower their operating costs, and make them more efficient and productive. Additionally, plans are underway to create an internationally focused track that caters to our growing customer base outside of the United States. This track will cover software versions not sold within the U.S. or Canada, and will address the unique challenges many of our European, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Latin American customers face.

Registration for the 2010 conference will open soon. More information will be mailed to customers this winter, including tracks of training available, hotel rates, and registration fees. Be sure to be on the lookout for this information. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
