Unattended Ticketing. Enhance your existing ticketing system with the Auto ID module that allows for attended or unattended ticketing, weigh-ins, and check-ins.

Auto ID. Auto ID automates the ticketing process by using radio frequency (RF) devices for vehicle identification and assignments. The Auto ID module can communicate with devices such as loadout scales, gates, and traffic lights to further automate your ticketing processes. Utilizing these will greatly reduce the overhead required for most scaling operations.

Remote Printer Enclosure. Our custom built remote printer enclosure is designed to house a thermal ticket printer with cutter or a laser printer. When installed at cab height, the driver may pick up his scale ticket after weighing without leaving the vehicle or obstructing other vehicles. Use of remote ticket printing keeps truck traffic moving, enhances site safety, frees up the weighmaster’s load, and minimizes the time vehicles spend in the plant.

Wireless Loader. Our loader notification system, Wireless Loader, continually displays the vehicles and rail cars at the plant to be loaded and provides all of the information the loader operator needs to load the vehicles or rail car. This program assists the loader operator in achieving fewer over/under loads, increases utilization of loader assets, and provides reporting on loader efficiency. The program works with a wireless network and remote touch PC or a Blackberry® mounted in the loader.

Scale Watcher. Scale Watcher is our integrated solution for providing photo verification of the weighing process. When a ticket is sent to the printer, a camera is activated to take a still digital photo of the vehicle on the scale. The ticket information is then superimposed on the captured photo and saved as a PDF file by ticket number. This stored file provides ironclad proof of vehicle pickup without requiring driver signatures. You can easily print or e-mail photos to customers to support any inquiry. In addition, you can record or stream video for complete accounting of any incident. Up to four cameras may be utilized with the base system and total site recording is available with add-on cameras and software. The Gate/Valve Anti-Theft is also available to provide a photo alert whenever the gate/valve is opened and closed on a loading system and a ticket is not printed within a specified period of time.
