To assure our ability to provide for the level of software support needs that each of our customers require, beginning January 1, 2007 all COMMANDbatch systems will need to be covered under an annual software support plan to receive free upgrades and technical support. As of January 1, 2007, COMMANDbatch systems not under a support plan will need to upgrade to the current release version, as well as to purchase an annual support plan in order to receive telephone support. Command Alkon is proactively making this move so that each of your COMMANDbatch systems can stay current and function as necessary as the Windows® software operating system platform evolves and as new features and enhancements are built into the COMMANDbatch software. Basic software/telephone support plans start as low as $1300 annually for each system and increases depending upon the plan you purchase.
