New Wireless Loader Module (March 2005)

JWS unveiled its new Wireless Loader application at the Conexpo/CON-AGG Show in Las Vegas in March. This new program implements a loader notification system that displays the vehicles and rail cars in plant to be loaded on a vehicle-mounted touch screen PC in the loader. The touch screen PC receives information from the weighmaster PC via a wireless network connection. Each time a vehicle checks into the plant, that vehicle will be added to the list of in-plant vehicles. The loader operator can then interact with the display to select viewing options and to indicate when a vehicle is loaded. This new technology will help improve communication with the loader and increase efficiencies at the loading site. Contact JWS for more details.
