Under what environments will your system run?
Apex is a 32-bit application that requires Windows 2000 or XP. It can also be installed on a Novell, Windows 2000/2003 or Peer-to-peer network for multi-user functionality. Contact us about our Citrix solution.

What are the hardware requirements for running your software?
Apex requires at least a 800MHz Pentium PC (2GHz+ recommended) with 256 MB RAM and 800 MB free hard drive space.

Can I use my existing scale ticket forms with your software?
Yes, we can modify our ticket printing template to fit most ticket formats. Tickets may be printed on dot matrix printers, laser/inkjet printers or Zebra thermal printers.

Can the Apex System interface with other third-party accounting systems?
Yes, Apex can export a standard ASCII file containing ticket detail information, invoice information, A/R information or GL summaries that can often be imported into other accounting systems.

What kind of technical support is available with your software?
A team of experienced support technicians is available to provide onsite installation and/or training. Unlimited telephone support and program updates are also available with our support package.

Does your system support metric weights?
Yes, our software can report and create tickets using pounds, tons, metric tons, kilograms, etc., depending on your needs. It is also NTEP and CTEP certified.
