Application Specialist - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 1+ year experience in a customer support role and in the computer software or construction materials industry preferred. Software implementation experience required. Skilled with Citrix and other VPN or remote log in tools, SQL, Oracle, Clarify, Changepoint, COMMANDseries, COMMANDfleet, and MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Ability to work independently is very important. +/- 75% travel required, both domestic and international, and may include weekends.

Batch Support Specialist - Engineering degree or equivalent in the electrical and/or computer field preferred. Network and/or electrical certifications a plus. 1-3 years experience in electrical and/or computer field preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills and a positive attitude are musts. Bilingual in Spanish, English, and Portuguese a plus. Travel can range from +/- 30%.

Project Manager, Solutions Assurance - Senior-level construction materials and/or CA product expert, with experience in managing product implementation projects through completion. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field required. Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the Construction Materials and/or computer software industry required. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in software project management or a project-related field required. Responsible to ensure the success of various projects within time, scope, budget, and quality. Projects include deployment of Command Alkon products across large multi-national or multi-regional site, including development efforts and completion of internal Command Alkon projects from concept to market. Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, both international and domestic, is required.
