Integra Training

Companies that conduct ongoing formal training have fewer support issues and use the Integra system more productively.

Our training exposes both new and existing employees to industry best practices and explores how the Integra system can be used to implement those practices. Students are given the opportunity to discuss the business problems they face and learn how Integra can be used to address those problems. Putting employees that are new to a role through Integra Training allows them to become fully effective more quickly and ensures that the feature set of Integra is fully leveraged.

Training from our standard curriculum is a combination of classroom work and hands-on experience. Students will cover the full range of software features and have the opportunity to try out examples on and experiment with sample data. Classes are oriented towards training users to fulfill specific roles in the company: dispatchers, billing clerks, customer service representatives, etc. The complete feature set of the latest release is covered in each class so that students will be trained on enhancements made since their original installs. This ensures that the Integra system will be used in the most productive fashion possible. Training courses also gives decision makers the opportunity to evaluate features that may not have been available upon initial install.

ON-SITE OR CUSTOMIZED TRAINING
We can come to your site and provide training from our standard curriculum, or we can customize sessions to meet your specific needs and offer those either on-site or in the Integra Learning Center in our Chicago office.

INTEGRA LEARNING CENTER
Integra training classes are offered at our Chicago office in the Integra Learning Center.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Training class cancellations are accepted until the last business day preceding the beginning of the class. “No Shows” are billed at the full rate of the class. You may substitute class participants at any time.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please wait 2 weeks before start date before making any travel arrangements. If we have LESS than 2 people signed up for any class 2 weeks prior to class start, we reserve the right to cancel.
