The Integra Sales Manager application is an integrated sales system that is just as easy to use for specialized quotations for large projects as it is for seasonal rates for general work. This module contains all of the tools your sales team needs to compile quotations utilizing cost comparisons between plants, alternative mix designs and material sources, third party cartage proposal and more; or, they can generate a simple price list for seasonal or area pricing by general product categories for their regular customers.
Integra Sales Manager’s complete integration to the entire Integra product family insures accuracy, while also minimizing the effort required to compile a proposal. All of the system defaults and user-defined parameters for each customer or prospect within the Integra Office module are instantly available as new quotations are prepared. This allows system users to compare previous quotations, as well as to insure that all of the rules and defaults established for that customer are adhered to in subsequent quotes. Once a bid is won, all of the project data (from mix numbers and pricing to travel directions to the job site) can be instantly available to Integra Dispatch in advance of the first order for that job.
