End of Sales Info (Eagle/AC2000)

For over thirty years, Command Alkon has been committed to providing high quality, cost-effective solutions to our customers. In order to continue as the high quality, cost-effective leader, we have established an official End of Sale date (EOS) for our Eagle and AC 2000 batching product lines.
Rapidly changing technologies, customer requirements, and the high demand for our COMMANDbatch product line have led to this decision. Beginning March 31, 2008 we will no longer sell the Eagle or AC2000 product lines.

Aside from the End of Sale date status, it is important to note that Command Alkon will continue to support the hardware and software components of both products.  If future circumstances warrant the necessity to end support for these products, Command Alkon will provide notification at least one year in advance of the date to those affected customers. 

Current Eagle and AC 2000 EZ-CAL systems are able to go through a “legacy transformation” that reuses the existing Manual Station and I/0 box to fit current COMMANDbatch systems.  This allows ready mix and concrete products companies to gain efficiencies by improving workflow, management control, security, scalability, serviceability and reliability.  Maintaining a support contract on these products not only protects your investment in an existing Eagle or AC2000, but makes you eligible for discounted pricing on the “legacy transformation” or any necessary upgrades to convert these products to a COMMANDbatch system.
Individual customers who may be affected by the End of Sale date of our Eagle and AC 2000 products will be contacted by a Command Alkon representative or a Command Alkon Business Partner in the near future.  Thank you.
