Plant Watcher gives you visibility into all of your plant operations via email and provides a near real-time view of plant activities via a plant "dashboard". Receive real time Event Notifications for out of tolerance situations to protect against out of specification loads from reaching the job. Instant notification of mix design changes, admix design changes, or material substitutions by any plant allows interception of a bad or incorrect load before leaving the plant. Users can define their own alarms based on specific production criteria. Schedule production, efficiency and inventory reports to be automatically collected and e-mailed to defined recipients at the same time every day, keeping the batch operator focused on production and quality.
