BATCHING CONTROLS EXTENDED SUPPORT PLANS

In order to keep your Command Alkon Batching system in top working order; we offer a variety of Extended Support Plans tailored to the options on your system, and the amount of coverage you would like to have. New batch controls include one year of Priority One support. Customers are automatically billed for 2nd year support unless they select an alternative plan.

Below is a brief description of the services offered. These services will vary based on the system you have and the region in which you are located. If you have any questions regarding support plans please e-mail insidesales@commandalkon.com.

Priority One Extended Support Plan - This is the plan for the producer who wants coverage for all parts of the Command Alkon Batching system.  This option includes Support Updates, Extended Hardware Coverage, and Phone Support Coverage. 

Software Updates & Phone Support - This is the plan for a producer who wants to keep his software current and have unlimited access to the Command Alkon Phone Support Professionals.

Phone Support – This plan, available only on certain systems, is for producers that want to take advantage of Command Alkon’s 24/7 365 days a year phone support without being billed on a per call basis.

Per Call - Per Call Support will be offered for some systems only, and at a fixed hourly rate with a minimum charge of one hour.
