COMMANDquote is a job/quote management, tracking, and estimating solution. Quotes can be easily converted to orders and projects by declaration or by the dispatcher. The application uses Microsoft Word to capture quotes in electronic form for emailing, printing and archiving. COMMANDanalysis is included with the module to provide forecasting and backlog reporting.
With COMMANDinvoicing all information created by your batching or dispatching system can be quickly edited and invoiced. Invoices can then be printed or the data transferred to your invoicing package. Invoice format and content are user defined. Once printed,invoice information is automatically available to your COMMANDreceivables module or can be transferred to another accounting system.
COMMANDreceivables maintains customer accounts to allow an instant check on the status of customer's payments and credit ratings. COMMANDreceivables automatically handles distribution of payments, sales tax/GST and past due charges. Up to date collections and credit reports are available to help you manage your customers account balances and credit ratings. Invoice and sales tax adjustments, open payments, finance charges and non-Accounts Receivable cash are all handled with ease.
COMMANDcredit automatically checks the credit limit of a customer upon the creation and/or edit of each order in real time. When the credit limit is exceeded by an order, a warning window with detailed credit information is displayed.
The COMMANDinventory provides accurate and up-to-date records for inventory control. COMMANDinventory provides receipt and usage entry, adjustments, transaction registers, simplified posting, simple purchase order control, inventory reporting/inquiry and automatic creation of usages, transactions and general ledger entries.
COMMANDcartage allows the tracking of total revenue earned by hired haulers, the tracking of withheld deductions on a one-time basis or over several pay cycles, and the computing of net pay for hired truckers.
