Account Management Services
All Command Alkon customers have both a Technical Account
Manager and a Customer Relations Account Manager at their disposal, to
ensure the best possible communication and response at all levels of the
organization.
Technical Account Management
Command Alkon is committed to providing you with the best possible technical
service. A Technical Account Manager is assigned to your company to ensure
that all technical service issues you have reported for all of your Command
Alkon products are well documented, escalated through the appropriate
channels and scheduled for programming and/or implementation as needed.
Customer Relations Account Management
Our Customer Account Management team is responsible for ensuring the
satisfaction of our customers with all Command Alkon products and services.
An Account Manager, along with their specific Customer Relations
team, is assigned to your account to coordinate all open sales and account
activity. They can provide you assistance in regard to sales needs, Support
Contract and billing concerns, as a route for escalation of any concerns
with CAI, or if you are simply unsure of who else to call to deal with a
situation associated with CAI products and services.
